Autumn Apple Pork Chops
- 4 center-cut pork chops
- 34 cup barbecue sauce
- 34 cup apple juice
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- Season chops with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- In a non-stick skillet, brown chops then cook until done.
- Remove chops to a plate and add apple juice, stirring to loosen browned bits in the skillet.
- Whisk in the barbecue sauce.
- Return chops to skillet, lower heat, cover and simmer for another 20 minutes.
