Slow Cooker Hungarian Beef Stew
- 2 whole Green Peppers (seeded And Roughly Cut)
- 2 whole Garlic Cloves, Peeled
- 10 tablespoons, 1-58 teaspoons, 1/2 pinches Tomato Paste (1 Small Can)
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tablespoons Salt
- 13 cups Canola Oil
- 1/2 cups Water
- 3 pounds, 5 ounces, weight Beef Stew Cubes

- In a food processor, mince together all ingredients (except beef cubes) to a thick, fragrant paste.

- Place beef cubes in the slow cooker then pour the vegetable paste over the beef.

- Close the lid on and cook on Low for 8-10 hours or if you are in a hurry, start on High for an hour then lower setting to Low for about 5 hours.
