Apple Party Sandwiches Recipe

• 14 pkt cream softened, 8 ounce.
• 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 loaf cinnamon-raisin bread
• 2 x golden brown delicious apples unpeeled
• 1 Tbsp. orange juice
• 1/4 c. salted peanuts minced

1. Combine cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla; beat at medium speed with an electric mixer 1 minute or possibly till smooth; set aside.
2. Cut each bread slice into a 3 inch round.
3. Core apples, cut each apple horizontally into 7 slices, and brush with orange juice.
4. Spread 1 Tablespoons cheese mix onto each bread round; top with an apple slice.
5. Sprinkle peanuts in center.
6. Yield 14 sandwiches.
