BBQ Dogs For the Adults

  1. Bake rolls according to pack instructions.
  2. Cook sausages until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Heat oil in a small saucepan and saute the onion until softened.
  4. Stir in the sugar and cook a further 3-4 minutes until caramelised and brown.
  5. Cut rolls 3/4 of the way down the centre almost to the bottom.
  6. Spread with peanut butter and top with some rocket, a sausage and onion.
  7. Serve immediately.
