BBQ Dogs For the Adults
- 10 heat and eat mini long rolls
- 10 chipolata sausages
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Smooth Peanut Butter
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- baby rocket leaves, to serve
- Bake rolls according to pack instructions.
- Cook sausages until golden brown and cooked through.
- Heat oil in a small saucepan and saute the onion until softened.
- Stir in the sugar and cook a further 3-4 minutes until caramelised and brown.
- Cut rolls 3/4 of the way down the centre almost to the bottom.
- Spread with peanut butter and top with some rocket, a sausage and onion.
- Serve immediately.
