CQ's Barbecued Ribs
- 6 lbs spareribs
- 2 cups apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Combine marinade ingredients and marinate ribs in mixture for 4 to 6 hours.
- My mother's cooking directions: Bake in 450 degree F oven to brown for 30 minutes.
- When browned, lower temperature to 300 degrees and cook for about 90 minutes more, turning and basting with more marinade every 15 to 20 minutes.
