Grilled Tilapia

  1. For the dipping sauce: In a small bowl, combine nuoc mam, vinegar, garlic, water and honey.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Prepare a charcoal fire.
  4. Brush grill lightly with olive oil.
  5. Combine remaining olive oil and garlic with salt.
  6. Coat fish.
  7. Grill until flaky, 3 or 4 minutes per side.
  8. Serve with dipping sauce.
