Ramos Gin Fizz

  1. For the Simple Syrup:.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes.
  5. Cool and refrigerate until chilled.
  6. Makes 2 cups.
  7. For the Fizz:.
  8. In blender, combine ice cubes, gin, half-and-half, simple syrup, lime juice, and lemon juice and blend until mixture is smooth.
  9. Pour into 4 stemmed glasses.
  10. Fill each glass with club soda and stir gently.
