Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti
- 1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 lb. spaghetti, uncooked, broken into 3-inch lengths
- 2 carrots, cut diagonally into 1/2-inch-thick slices Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1 cup small broccoli florets
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- Cook and stir chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 4 min.
- or until no longer pink.
- Stir in water.
- Bring to boil.
- Add spaghetti, carrots and broccoli; stir.
- Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min.
- or until spaghetti is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in tomatoes and VELVEETA; cook 3 to 5 min.
- or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
