Roquamole
- 1 cup crumbled roquefort blue cheese
- 14 cup sour cream
- 2 ripe avocados
- 14 cup sliced pickled jalapeno pepper
- 2 green onions, finely sliced
- 12 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- Crumble or mash the cheese.
- Stir in sour cream.
- Add avacados.
- Mash with fork.
- Roughly chop jalapeno's.
- Add to avacado mixture.
- Stir in green onions and lime juice.
- Arrange in the center of a plate or dish and surround with tortilla chips.
