Rich Gooey Chocolate Rolls with Chocolate Glaze

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix to form a smooth dough.
  2. Set aside to rise for one hour.
  3. Preheat oven to 350.
  4. Combine all filling ingredients.
  5. Divide dough into four equal parts.
  6. Roll out each part to a circle.
  7. Spread filling evenly over dough.
  8. Cut each circle into 16 wedges.
  9. Roll up each wedge tightly and place onto lined cookie sheets seam side down, spread apart.
  10. Brush with beaten eggs.
  11. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden.
  12. Allow chocolate rolls to cool.
  13. Prepare glaze: Dissolve coffee in water.
  14. Melt all ingredients in double boiler.
  15. Mix until smooth.
  16. Drizzle hot glaze over rolls.
