Cowboy Corn and Bean Salsa
- 2 cans, 15 oz Corn, Drained
- 1 can, 15 oz, Black Beans, Rinsed and Drained
- 1 can, 4 oz, green chili's
- 1/3 cup green onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp season salt
- 1/2 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 8 oz pkg Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Let set in fridge overnight or at least several hours to let the flavors blend together.
- Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
