Easy 15 minute Caramel Swiss Roll!

  1. Beat egg yolks, gradually add sugar, beat until pale and thick
  2. Add vanilla extract
  3. Sift flour and baking powder together and fold into beaten yolks
  4. Beat egg whites and salt until stiff but not dry
  5. Fold egg whites gently into batter with metal spoon
  6. Line your baking tin with grease proof paper.
  7. Grease well and pour mixture.
  8. Bake in pre-heated oven on 180C for 15 to 20 mins
  9. Turn out immediately onto a damp cloth
  10. Peel paper and let it cool in tea towel
  11. Once cooled layer first with Caramel.
  12. Second layer with banana.
  13. Third layer with whipped cream.
  14. Cut into bite size squares.
  15. Enjoy!
