Lavash
- 34 cup refined flour
- 12 teaspoon dry yeast
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 12 tablespoon sesame seeds, Roasted
- 12 tablespoon black sesame seed (optional)
- 3 -4 tablespoons coriander seeds, Roasted and Crushed
- 12 cup water (Warm)
- water, as required (for Dough)
- 2 teaspoons oil
- salt
- Step 1: Take a large bowl, add yeast and sugar with warm water.
- Set aside.
- Step 2: Take another bowl, sieve flour and salt in to bowl.
- Combined yeast mixture in to the bowl and knead smooth dough with required water.
- Cover it with a damp cloth for 30-40 minutes till dough doubles in size.
- Step 3: Take small portion of dough.
- Roll out each in big size thick sheets.
- Cut the sheets in to triangle or any desired shape.
- Brush the triangle with little bit oil .Do pork with a fork on each triangle, sprinkle with sesame seeds and coriander seeds.
- Press them lightly with figure tips
- Step 4: Place the triangle in oven over baking sheet and cook for few minutes till the golden-browned and serve.
