TAZO ZENTM Clotted Cream

  1. Add filterbag to boiling water; let stand 5 min.
  2. Cool.
  3. Discard filterbag.
  4. Beat 2 Tbsp.
  5. tea, cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl with mixer until well blended.
  6. Gradually add cream, beating until thick and well blended.
