Mexican Eggs

  1. COMBINE avocado, tomato, onion, coriander, chilli, oil, lemon juice and seasonings in a bowl.
  2. SPREAD the corn thins with CHEESYBITE.
  3. Top 4 with an egg, then spoon over the salsa.
  4. Garnish and serve immediately with remaining corn thins.
