Pimento Cheese Candy Cane
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- 1 jar (4 oz.) chopped pimentos, drained
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1 pkg. (7 oz.) KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 cup fresh sugar snap peas
- 1 small jicama, peeled, cut into 1/2-inch wide sticks
- 25 multigrain saltine crackers
- Process first 5 ingredients in food processor until smooth.
- Place large scoops of cottage cheese mixture in candy cane-shape on platter.
- Smooth with knife or spatula.
- Decorate with pepper strips to resemble a candy cane.
- Serve with remaining pepper strips, sugar snap peas, jicama and crackers.
