Waldorf Turkey
- 1 14 cups cubed cooked turkey, leftovers are great
- 1 small apple, chopped,no need to peel
- 14 cup diced celery
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 1 12 tablespoons raisins
- 18 teaspoon nutmeg
- 18 teaspoon cinnamon
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Chill for 1 hour.
- Use for sandwiches or salads.
- This is really good on toasted raisin bread.
