Veal Curry Recipe

  1. Brown cubed meat; add in onion, apple, seasonings and liquid.
  2. Cover and cook 1 hour.
  3. Thicken gravy by adding 1 1/2 Tbsp.
  4. flour stirred into 1/2 c. cool water.
  5. Add in raisins and cook 15 min longer.
  6. Serve over rice; sprinkle with coconut and minced nuts.
