Chili-Beef-Potato Soup

  1. Brown meat in saucepan.
  2. Drain off fat.
  3. Add onion and celery and cook until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Stir in tomatoes, potatoes, beef broth, water, chili powder, salt, and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Cover and cook until potatoes are tender (about 15 minutes).
  6. Stir in peas or beans; heat through.
