Asparagus And Ham Recipe

  1. Trim the bottoms off the asparagus stalks and cook the stalks in boiling water for 4-5 min, till tender.
  2. Drain and run under cool water.
  3. Lay a couple of stalks of cooked asparagus onto a slice of ham and roll it up.
  4. (repeat with remaining asparagus and ham)
  5. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and serve.
