Asparagus And Ham Recipe
- 1 bn asparagus
- 12 slc good ham extra virgin olive oil
- Trim the bottoms off the asparagus stalks and cook the stalks in boiling water for 4-5 min, till tender.
- Drain and run under cool water.
- Lay a couple of stalks of cooked asparagus onto a slice of ham and roll it up.
- (repeat with remaining asparagus and ham)
- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and serve.
