Beth's Chicken Strata Recipe
- 8 slices broken bread
- 2 c. diced cooked chicken
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. minced green pepper
- 1/2 c. minced cheddar cheese
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- Mix first 7 ingredients together.
- Divide into two buttered casseroles.
- Place in refrigerator overnight.
- Mix soup, beaten Large eggs and lowfat milk.
- Pour over casseroles.
- Sprinkle more cheese on top.
- Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees in 9x13 pan.
