Grilled Banana Boats

  1. Stir together Parkay, brown sugar, peanuts, and chocolate chips in small bowl until well blended.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Grill bananas in their peels over low heat 5 minutes per side (peels will blacken).
  4. Remove peels from bananas.
  5. Slice inside curve of banana lengthwise about 1 inch deep.
  6. Fill slice with 2 tablespoons Parkay mixture.
  7. Add a wave of Reddi-wip along the bottom edge of banana.
  8. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  9. Serve immediately.
