Peanut Butter Toffee Dairy-Free Ice Cream
- 1 whole Ripe Banana, Semi-frozen
- 1 Tablespoon Natural Peanut Butter, No Sugar Added
- 1/4 teaspoons Sweetleaf Stevia, English Toffee In Liquid Form
- Chopped Walnuts, For Topping (optional)

- If you dont have a banana already peeled and frozen, put one in the freezer for about 1 hour.
- 2.
- Using a food processor, place the banana in and let it go until you start seeing that is becoming very smooth, no lumps.
- 3.
- Add the peanut butter and stevia and continue to process until smooth again.
- 4.
- Pour it into a serving dish and place it back in the freezer for another 15 minutes.
- That is it!
- Top with walnuts or even some dairy-free sugar-free whipped cream!
- Note: If you dont have any stevia, you can taste the mixture before placing it back in the freezer.
- It may be sweet enough for you or use 1 tablespoon of honey to sweeten.
