Meat Cups with Potato Puree
- 1 lb Lean ground beef
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 bunch Parsley
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 3 clove Garlic
- 2 Potatoes, boiled, mashed
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 cup Graded cheese
- Set your oven 375F , make your meat balls ,
- You start giving your meatballs a little cup shape, using your palm
- Place your meatball cups in a greased baking dish.
- Put in the freezer, you boiled the potatoes, start peeling them.
- Mash them.
- Remove your "cups" transfer the oven, until they are changing color to get cook, in this point remove them, bc we will return them into the oven soon
- Fill the cups with potato mixture.
- Add little bit of Parmesan , over each potato cup, Return them to the oven about 20 minutes, then turn on the broiler
- When potato puree get the right color remove them.
- Mix tomato paste with 1 cup of hot water, pour evenly into the cups.
- Cook 15 minutes
- When you serve get sauce from pan, pour over cups..
- Delicious !
