Cheesy Bean Tostada
- 1 can (16 oz.) TACO BELL Refried Beans
- 8 flour tortillas (6 inch)
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder (optional)
- 1/2 cup frozen corn
- 3/4 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S FREE or KNUDSEN Fat Free Sour Cream (optional)
- Spread beans evenly onto tortillas; sprinkle with chili powder.
- Top evenly with corn and cheese.
- Place 1 topped tortilla on microwavable plate.
- Microwave on HIGH 30 seconds or until cheese is melted.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Top with remaining ingredients.
- Serve warm.
