CHIPS AHOY! and Cocoa Cereal Bars

• 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
• 40 JET-PUFFED Marshmallows
• 4 cups cocoa sweetened rice cereal
• 15 chocolate chip cookies (2 inch), coarsely chopped

1. Melt butter in large saucepan on low heat.
2. Add marshmallows; cook and stir until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Add cereal and chopped cookies; mix well.
5. Press firmly onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan.
6. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
