Easy Teriyaki Salmon Appetizers
- 1 package (5 Oz. Size) Pink Salmon
- 2 Tablespoons Teriyaki Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoons Sesame Seeds, Plus More For Garnish
- 12 Large Crackers, Deli Style
- 12 Tablespoons Cream Cheese Spread
- 3 Green Onions, Sliced Thinly
- 1 Small Avocado, Sliced Thinly
- Sriracha Hot Sauce (optional)
- In a small bowl, mix salmon, teriyaki sauce and sesame seeds, using a fork to break up the salmon.
- Spread crackers with about 1 tablespoon each of cream cheese.
- Top each cracker with about 1 teaspoon salmon mixture.
- Sprinkle on green onion and top each appetizer with a thin slice of avocado.
- Garnish with additional sesame seeds and Sriracha if desired.
- Serve immediately.
