Lime Sundae with OREO

• 3 qt. prepared lime-flavored gelatin, refrigerated until firm
• 3 cups hot water (140 degrees F to 160 degrees F)
• 48 scoops vanilla ice cream (#12 scoop)
• 3 qt. OREO Pieces-Medium
• 1-1/2 qt. whipped topping
• 48 each OREO Cookies

1. For each serving: Beat 1/4 cup gelatin and 1 Tbsp.
2. hot water with whisk until thickened and well blended.
3. Place scoop of ice cream in dessert dish; top with gelatin, 1/4 cup OREO Pieces, 2 Tbsp.
4. whipped topping and a cookie.
