Rumbrosia
- 3/4 cup dark rum
- 1/2 cup cold brewed jasmine tea
- 1/3 cup Rose's lime juice
- 3 tablespoons sweet vermouth
- 2 tablespoons Cointreau or other orange-flavored liqueur
- 1 tablespoon raspberry syrup
- 1/2 lime, including peel, finely chopped
- 4 drops Angostura bitters
- 3 drops orange bitters
- About 1 cup ice cubes
- Shake all ingredients, including ice, in a cocktail shaker, then chill in refrigerator 3 hours to blend flavors (most of ice will melt).
- Strain drink into 3 tall (12-ounce) glasses filled with ice.
