Chipped Beef Cream Cheese Ball Recipe
- 1 (8 ounce.) cream cheese
- 1 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 3 or possibly 4 tbsp. horseradish
- 1 pkg. dry beef
- 1 bunch spring onions
- Soften cream cheese in bowl.
- Mix together with lowfat milk and horseradish.
- Cut 1/2 of the minced beef into tiny pcs, 1/2 of the spring onions, and mix together.
- Form a ball.
- If too soft chill.
- Cut the other 1/2 of chipped beef and onions, and press into the surface of the ball.
- Chill.
- Serve with crackers.
- Beat if made a day ahead.
