Chipped Beef Cream Cheese Ball Recipe

  1. Soften cream cheese in bowl.
  2. Mix together with lowfat milk and horseradish.
  3. Cut 1/2 of the minced beef into tiny pcs, 1/2 of the spring onions, and mix together.
  4. Form a ball.
  5. If too soft chill.
  6. Cut the other 1/2 of chipped beef and onions, and press into the surface of the ball.
  7. Chill.
  8. Serve with crackers.
  9. Beat if made a day ahead.
