Mama's Lasagne Italiano

  1. preheat oven to 400. in skillet, brown meats, mushrooms, onion, & garlic.
  2. while browning meat, boil noodles until soft& rinse them.
  3. add one bottle of the marinara & rest of spices to the meat & turn heat off.
  4. grease a large casserole dish.
  5. in a medium bowl, mix ricotta cheese, eggs & cottage cheese.
  6. in casserole dish, line bottom with noodles, beef sauce mixture, egg cheese mix, & the shredded mozzerella.
  7. repeat one or two more times, then stick in the oven for about 25 mins.
  8. top with the rest of the marinara & serve with a fresh salad & crusty bread.
