Linguine with White Clam Sauce Recipe

  1. Drain baby clams and reserve liquid.
  2. Heat butter and olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and saute 1 minute.
  4. Stir in flour.
  5. Stir in reserved clam juice, wine, parsley, thyme and pepper.
  6. Cook 2 minutes.
  7. Stir often.
  8. Add baby clams and minced clams.
  9. Cook 3 minutes or until heated through.
  10. Serve over the cooked linguine.
