Big Texans Texas Caviar Recipe

• 1 gal black-eyed peas
• 5 med jalapenos, chopped
• 1 x onion, minced
• 2 c. Italian dressing
• 2 x bell peppers, minced
• 1/4 c. Lawry's Seasoned Salt
• 1/2 c. chili pwdr
• 1/2 c. cumin
• 1 tsp grnd red pepper

1. Combine peas with remaining ingredients.
2. Serve chilled with tortilla chips.
3. Makes 5 Qts!
