Chicken Nacho Skillet

  1. Melt butter in large skillet.
  2. Add onion, bell pepper, mushrooms and chicken tenders (seasoned with Creole seasoning).
  3. Cook until chicken is cooked through.
  4. Add tomatoes and VELVEETA.
  5. Cook until VELVEETA is melted, stirring frequently.
  6. Serve over hot cooked pasta or rice.
  7. Also good with cooked shrimp or crawfish instead of chicken tenders.
