Zucchini Raisin Bread

  1. In a med bowl, combine dry ingred.
  2. Stir in zucchini.
  3. In a sm.
  4. bowl, mix water, applesauce and egg whites.
  5. Add to flour mixture, mixing just until moistened.
  6. Stir in raisins.
  7. Spoon into a sprayed 8 x 4 inch loaf pan.
  8. Bake in a 350 deg.
  9. F. oven 50 -- 55 min or until golden brown.
  10. Cool 10 min.
  11. Remove from pan.
  12. Cool completely on a wire rack.
