Breakfast Pizza

  1. Stir reserved juice and sugar over low heat until dissolved, bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes or until reduced by half.
  2. Place pastry onto a lined baking tray.
  3. Spread Philly* over pastry and top with peach slices.
  4. Brush with some glaze and bake at 200C for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Brush with remaining glaze, serve warm or cold.
