Breakfast Pizza
- 425g can sliced peaches, drained and juice reserved
- 1/4 cup vanilla sugar
- 125g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 1 sheet puff pastry, cut into four squares
- Stir reserved juice and sugar over low heat until dissolved, bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes or until reduced by half.
- Place pastry onto a lined baking tray.
- Spread Philly* over pastry and top with peach slices.
- Brush with some glaze and bake at 200C for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Brush with remaining glaze, serve warm or cold.
