Refreshing Lemon Yogurt Ice Cream
- 500 grams Plain yogurt
- 400 ml Milk
- 4 tbsp plus Sugar
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 few drops Lemon oil (optional)
- Mix the yogurt and sugar in a bowl.
- Add lemon juice and continue to mix.
- Add lemon oil if you have any.
- Also add the milk and stir.
- Pour into a tupperware box and freeze.
- Freeze halfway like the picture above.
- Take it out from the freezer and blend.
- You could also use a hand mixer.
- Note: Please refer to Helpful Hints.
- Transfer back into the same tupperware and freeze for 2-3 hours to harden.
- When serving, scrape off the surface with a spoon.
- The ice cream will turn out more airy and smooth if you blend with a blender.
