Refreshing Lemon Yogurt Ice Cream

  1. Mix the yogurt and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add lemon juice and continue to mix.
  3. Add lemon oil if you have any.
  4. Also add the milk and stir.
  5. Pour into a tupperware box and freeze.
  6. Freeze halfway like the picture above.
  7. Take it out from the freezer and blend.
  8. You could also use a hand mixer.
  9. Note: Please refer to Helpful Hints.
  10. Transfer back into the same tupperware and freeze for 2-3 hours to harden.
  11. When serving, scrape off the surface with a spoon.
  12. The ice cream will turn out more airy and smooth if you blend with a blender.
