Fat-Free Chocolate Therapy Cake

• 6 egg whites
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1 tbsp. vanilla
• 3/4 cup flour
• 1/3 cup cocoa
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1-1/2 cup marshmallow cream

1. In a medium bowl, add ingredients one at a time, stirring well after each addition.
2. After adding marshmallow creme, mix until the marshmallow lumps re gone.
3. Pour into a 9x9-inch pan that has been lightly coated with cooking spray.
4. Bake at 325F for 30 minutes.
