5 Flavor Cake Recipe
- 2 stk margarine
- 3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Crisco oil
- 5 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp coconut extract
- 1 tsp butter extract
- 1 tsp lemon extract
- 1 tsp rum extract
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
- 3 c. flour
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 3 Tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 tsp coconut extract
- 1 tsp butter extract
- 1 tsp lemon extract
- 1 tsp rum extract
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Cake:Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
- Bake in a prepared tube pan for 1 1/2 hrs.
- Cold and remove from pan.
- Icing:Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Spread on cake while it's still hot.
