super bowl mexican dip
- 2 can black beans rinsed
- 2 can red kidney beans rinsed
- 1 large onion
- 1 large green pepper
- 2 small sour cream
- 1 egg
- 1 packages mozzrella cheese
- 2 packages sharp chedder
- 2 envelope taco powder mix
- 3 packages of ground chicken
- 1/2 butter
- 1 large salsa
- 2 bags of tortilla chips
- cook ground chicken w/ onions & green pepper after the meat is almost dun add the beans
- after that starts to simmer add taco mix with 1/2 cup of water let simmer until liquid is almost gone
- in a large casserole dish layer your meat
- then mix the sour cream, egg & mozzarella cheese mix well together
- then spread it on top of meat layer another layer of meat then the sharp chedder cheese on top/ bake at 350-375. for 20 mins
- let cool serve with chips & salsa on the side....
