Tomatillo Salsa

• 1 lb tomatillo, leaves removed and rinsed
• 1 small fresh red chili
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon white pepper
• juice of one lime
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 2 cups fresh cilantro
• salt

1. Blend all - chill until ready to use.
