Banana Cinnamon French Toast

• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 tablespoon orange juice
• 1/4 teaspoon orange zest freshly grated
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup cream cheese at room temperature
• 8 slices bread cinnamon raisin
• 2 large bananas ripe, peeled and sliced
• 3 tablespoons peanuts chopped or other nuts, optional
• 1/2 teaspoon chocolate ground, optional

1. Whisk the honey, orange juice and zest, and vanilla into the cream cheese until smooth.
2. Toast the bread slices.
3. Spread a heaping tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture on each toast.
4. Lay the banana slices on top, and sprinkle with some nuts and chocolate, if desired.
5. Serve and enjoy!
