Crock Pot Hearty Veg Soup
- 1 lb round steak, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 can (14.5oz) diced tomatoes
- 3 cup water
- 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 3 celery ribs, sliced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 3 beef bouillon cubed
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- Combine first three ingredients in slow cooker.
- Cover; cook on low for 6 hours.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Cover; cook on high 2 hours more or until meat and vegies are tender.
