Cinnamon-Spiced Fruit Kabobs
- 1 (20-ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice, drained
- 1 apple, unpeeled, cored, cut into slices
- 2 ripe bananas, peeled, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 nectarine, pitted, cut into 1-inch slices
- 8 (10-inch) wooden skewers, soaked in water
- 1/4 cup Land O Lakes Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread, melted
- Heat gas grill on medium-low or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
- Thread fruit alternately onto wooden skewers.
- Place skewers onto grill.
- Grill, turning and brushing with glaze, 4-6 minutes or until fruit is softened and heated through.
