Chocolate Shortbread

  1. In a large bowl, cream butter until light and fluffy.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients; gradually add to the bowl.
  3. Chill for 1 hour.
  4. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on greased baking sheets.
  5. Bake at 300 for 20 minutes or until set.
  6. Yield: about 4 dozen.
