Swiss Mocha Treat

• 2 cups POLLY-O Natural Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
• 1/4 cup
• 2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 tsp. grated BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

1. Mix ricotta cheese, flavored instant coffee and cocoa until well blended.
2. Spoon evenly into 4 dessert dishes.
3. Sprinkle with grated chocolate; cover.
4. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
