Swiss Mocha Treat
- 2 cups POLLY-O Natural Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
- 1/4 cup
- 2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. grated BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- Mix ricotta cheese, flavored instant coffee and cocoa until well blended.
- Spoon evenly into 4 dessert dishes.
- Sprinkle with grated chocolate; cover.
- Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
