Heat of the Night
- Ice cubes, plus crushed ice
- 1 1/2 ounces dark rum
- 1 1/2 ounces St-Germain elderflower liqueur
- 3/4 ounce passion fruit nectar or juice
- 1/4 ounce grenadine, preferably homemade
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- Add all of the remaining ingredients except crushed ice and shake well.
- Strain into a crushed icefilled snifter.
