Breast Of Chicken With Green Peas And Spaghetti Recipe

  1. After spaghetti is cooked and liquid removed, keep hot.
  2. Saute/fry chicken cubes lightly in extra virgin olive oil till golden brown.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. To the pan, add in cooked peas, along with the 1/4 c. liquid; simmer for 5 min and remove from fire.
  5. Next, beat Parmesan cheese into 1 egg and stir this into pan with the mix of chicken and peas.
  6. Lightly mix half of this mix into spaghetti.
  7. Serve topped with remaining chicken and peas.
