Quick Chicken Pot Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a buttered casserole, mix chicken, egg, salt and pepper, peas and sauteed carrots.
  3. Mix cream of chicken soup and chicken broth.
  4. Pour into casserole and mix.
  5. Mix bisquick and milk.
  6. Pour over casserole.
  7. Top with melted butter.
  8. Bake 35 minutes.
