peach moonshine

• 1/2 gallon welchs white grape peach juice
• 1 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1 can sliced peaches (15-16oz)
• 3 cinnamon sticks
• 1/2 cup peach schnapps
• 1 1/2 cup everclear
• 1/2 cup peach schnapps

1. bring this to a boil, then let simmer covered for about and hour.
2. let cool down to room temp.
3. add the everclear and schnapps
4. strain threw cheese cloth a few times and add to Mason jars
